We had a great experience. John contacted Josh from an add off FB marketplace place for our van. Josh was very personable and efficient, we were set up with preapproval before we got to our appointment. Office was clean, had nice personal touches, customer curtesy station with coffee, and the most adorable office mascot.On our test drive the vehicle was very clean inside and out. Van was exactly as was stated in the advertisement. We looked at a couple other vehicles all were very clean and appealing, but in the end kept with our original choice. There was a small hiccup with the radio, it worked in test drive, but after purchase on the drive home it was not working. John contacted Josh, who asked us to bring it back to be looked at, and fixed. While it took a few days to fix, everything is now working properly. Thank you Right Auto if we need another vehicle we will be back.

Had a great experience with Josh buying some dock equipment. He took the time to help me define my needs, gave a number of install tips, and super helpful afterwards. Straight forward and great to deal with. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
